Do some of your relationships take up more space in your head than you’d like?
This might be with a partner, a family member, someone at work, or even someone from your past.
Not just in the moment, but long afterwards. Replaying conversations. Second-guessing yourself. Wondering if you said too much, not enough, or the wrong thing altogether.
This two-day live workshop is about stopping those patterns from quietly running your life.
You will explore how you relate to yourself shapes what you unconsciously look for from others – approval, reassurance, appreciation, respect – and how that reliance keeps you stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion.
Through practical exercises and honest reflection, you will learn how to support yourself internally. Not as an idea, but as a lived skill. So you are less at the mercy of other people’s moods, reactions, or validation.
When you stop outsourcing your sense of enoughness, conversations change.
Boundaries become clearer and relationships stop costing you your peace.
This workshop is for you if:
✔️ Relationships take up a lot of mental or emotional space
✔️ You notice familiar dynamics repeating and feel tired of carrying them
✔️ You want to feel calmer and more confident when communicating
✔️ You’re ready to give yourself proper time and attention
The focus of this workshop
Transforming your relationships starts with changing the way you relate to yourself.
Many people were never shown how to internally support themselves when emotions run high or connection feels uncertain. Instead, they learned ways of coping that made sense at the time – staying quiet, becoming defensive, over-reacting, people-pleasing, or seeking approval to feel okay.
These patterns aren’t wrong. They’re loyal. When they continue to run in adult relationships, they create tension, misunderstanding, and exhaustion.
This workshop supports you to build internal support where it was missing so your relationships no longer have to carry that weight.
What you’ll learn
✔️ How to recognise familiar relationship patterns as they arise
✔️ How to pause instead of reacting from habit or past experience
✔️ How to communicate your needs and perspective with more clarity and steadiness
✔️ How to support and affirm yourself rather than seek validation from others
This is practical, grounded mindset work you can apply in everyday moments – not concepts to think about later.

Matthew Sims
The biggest shift from attending these workshops is how I show up. I’m calmer, more confident, and much clearer about what matters. The knock-on effect is that everyone around me benefits too.
Jake White
Investing in my mindset and how my ego works, has changed how I lead. As I’ve become clearer and more grounded, my team communicates better, work together more easily, and share the same goals. This work has had a real impact on how we operate day to day.
